This is a one of the few drawings i did a few weeks back. I sketched this out using a 2B pencil on an A4 paper. Decided to go for a fantasy theme to it. Got the inspiration for the boy on the left from several different types of male anime characters. I designed him a way that, he has this calm presence about him but still strong enough to stand on his own. The sword that he carries, is designed from the Japanese-culture.
Meanwhile, i got the inspiration for the girl from the red Indians. Like the ones from Peter Pan. Her being a red Indian, she does magic, spells and all sorts of sorcery. Instead of going for the long dress for the girl, i decided to make the skirt shorter. Making her look more like a teenager. She has this long braided hair which flow till her shoulders.
Hmmmmmm, gives me an idea for another comic all of a sudden. Then again, maybe i should clean this up. Hell, maybe i should create more characters for this.
